Some Brinkman grills have the LP orifice installed on the NG orifice directly from the factory.
If that is true, you remove the LP orifice and the NG orifice is already there. Check instructions in the conversion kit and look for this detail carefully. I just did a Brinkman conversion and instructions were very confusing. The orifices in the kit are not used (on my unit).

The directions that come with the kit are not very good. I found this recipe on-line from someone else and it seems to be better. We are actully trying it out for the first time so hopefully it turns out good! Reviews I've read today don't sound very tasty ;-(
