Help fix 13 '' sharp tv

This may be from some failing capacitors in the power supply.  Because
of the lack of filtering and stabilty in the power supply, the set may
start acting up.

Someone that is properly equiped and have good tech skills can fix
this for you.

Hi I have this cheap newer all black plastic sharp tv model 13H-M60
it plays good all day then just shuts off
i turn it back on and it makes a white screen full of wavey lines .
the
minute i push the channel button the set turns off
if i leave it aloan it will stay on with that white / wavey screen all
day .
i have heard this may be the main micro processor chip
