Question about Creative Labs ZEN V Plus MP3 Player
1.Charged enough. 2.Blue light for play/pause/back is ON, When I switching the player. 3.Navigation is not possible. 4.Proper reset was made.No effect 4.Previously I could be able to hear songs stored.Soon on formatting ,I could do nothing 5. When i checked with my PC,equipment is working well
The LCD has probably gone bad. If the player still has a valid warranty i would suggest sending it to CL to be looked at. If the warranty was up, you will have to purchase an LCD and at that point you can contact me for help installing it.(Necessary tools, disassembly instructions, etc.)

Tips for a great answer:
Please, watch this video which explains how to solve the white screen for your mp3 player:
1. Fully charge the unit.
2. Get a song to play.
3. Lock the device by moving the Hold/Power switch up.
4. Wait for the screen to blank to black, and also wait an ADDITIONAL 25-seconds after the screen blanks.
5. While holding the Play/Pause button down, move the Hold/Power switch out of the lock-mode, and all the way down (like you're turning it off).
6. Release the Play/Pause button.
