Problem for Toshiba SD-V394 DVD Player / VCR Combo
When I click VCR, the sound goes off; & no sound during playback

Toshiba D-VR660KU VCR/DVD combois new. Since I hooked it up, I have been able to watch video with no difficilty. Now when I turn on the VCR, all sound stops. I cannot get a video to play with sound.
