A manual for this machine can be sent to you from Eureka. Here is a phone number. 1-800-800-8975. That should get you help for a manual and they can send you the accessaries that you are missing. Also the manual will give directions on cleaning your filters.
ok, you will need to go to hoover.com and at the bottom of the page you will see download manuels. click on this and it will bring you to another page asking for the model #. in the space put your model # in F5835900 (no dashes) then push enter. it will bring you to yet another page were you can print the manuel
Try removing the brush cartridge from the steamcleaner, and then put the end of a flat screwdriver into the square hole in which the cartridge connects to. Spin the screwdriver clockwise or counterclockwise if possible; if you can't, keep trying. Mine became jammed-up somehow, but doing this solved the problem and now the brushes spin again.
