When i press power on it is not getting started what may be the problem,whether with power card or with the printer

Kindly checked the electric wire whether is properly connect or not otherwise u can can change the wire possibly and try again regards santosh

Error 5100. the ink cradle moves on start up, the ink cartridges are brand new. Won't print a thing... "Check Printer, Error 5100" Canon MX300. Used once.


You need to reset your printer to remove this error. But first, may I suggest that you remove first your ink cartridge. Clean the contact surface using a cotton bud moistened with alcohol. After cleaning return back the cartridge.

Follow these steps:
1. Turn off the printer
2. Press and hold down the Stop/Reset button and Power button for 5 seconds.
3. While holding the Power button, release the Stop/Reset button.
4. While still holding the Power button, press the Stop/Reset button twice
5. Release Power button (wait till you get the lights)
6. Press the Stop/Reset button 3 times each having a 3 seconds gap. (check whether you are getting the orange light or not)
7. Press the Power button and enter data.
8. Remove the cartridge. Leave it for 20 seconds
9. Press the Power button and shutdown printer.
10. Return cartridge and start the printer.
11. Set the language and country.

After the first reset procedure and there is still an error, do this 2nd reset.
When the error is displayed on the display panel of the printer, 1. Press and Hold the STOP/RESET button and wait until it self restart.
2. Release the STOP/RESET button so printer will completely restart. After this, your printer will print again.

Heloo can you help me my hp laser jet cant print its reads 82.0180 EIO 2 error


The error message "83.0180" shows that an EIO error has occurred.

Perform the following workaround and see whether the issue still persist.

1. Ensure that the printer is connected directly to the wall outlet.
2. Turn off the printer and then power on and see whether the issue persist.
3. Reseat the Jetdirect card and see whether the issue still persist.
4. Reseat the jetdirect card on a different slot and see whether the issue still persist.
5. Remove all the accessories from the printer and then power on the printer. See whether the issue still persist. If the issue does not persist, add on the accessories onee by one.
6. Power on the printer and check whether the issue persist, each time an accessories are added.
7. Swap the Jet direct card with a known good jet direct card and see whether the issue still persist.
8. Perform a cold reset and see whether the issue still persist.

1st:

First thing you should try it to reset the printer. Please follow these instructions:

A. Entering into service mode

  • Turn off the printer off is the printer power on. And remove the printer USB cable from your computer..
  • While the printer is OFF, press and hold the Start/Stop button on the some other canon printers model press Resume/Cancel button.
  • While still holding Start/Stop button or Resume/Cancel button, press and hold thePOWER button.
  • When the POWER LED (green light) lit, release the Start/Stop or resume/cancel button (still holding the POWER button).
  • Still holding the power button, Press the Start/Stop button or resume/cancel button TWICE then Release the POWER button. Wait until LCD printer to display 0 (zero) number
  • After the display is 0, attach the printer UDB cable to your computer, its will detected new device installed (its normal), now go to resetting steps

2st:

Check if you have any memory card attached to the printer and if so please remove an repeat step 1. I can be corrupted. If there is no card attached, there might be a problem with the printer internal memory and you might need to send it for repair.

How to correct the 5100 warning on the canon MX 310 printer.

HP2100, I get the furthest forward light and the error light on simultaneously and constantly, only way to fix it is to turn the printer off then on again and it starts printing again. Sometimes happens...


reseat the JetDirect card, with power off(of course).
The book says that printer has an I/O error - bad connection.
Turn printer off and reseat card
Power on and press GO to continue printing

When i press power button then no display on lcd/white screen


1) When you power on ur pc?? do you get any display in beginning or when windows starts ti gones black.
2)If no display from the beginning??? try pressing caps or num lock key and see whether led on keyboards are blinks or not?
3)Do you get any beep sound when you try to power on??

I had a paper jam this morning, cleared the paper jam, and now the printer will not power up. I tried to remove the usb cable, and the power cable, reboot the computer, and replug in the usb and power...


Hi,

First, Make sure that the printer is properly plugged in to a working electrical outlet and that it is hooked up to the computer as indicated. There should be two separate cables running out of your Dell 924, a power cord and a USB cable that communicates with the computer. If both of these aren't plugged in, then the machine will not function properly.

If the lights on your printer aren't working then it means one of two different things:

  • Printer has an internal electrical problem and needs repair or
  • Printer isn't receiving power from the outlet or power cord
Check whether, are you getting power from the socket by connecting some other component..If it works check whether the Power cord is propwerly connected, try pressing the power cord once..

If not the circuit may be damaged, Which cant be repaired inhome, you have to return to DELL service center and make it repaired

Lexmark X2350 printer problem


Usually the light blinks if you have started a print job and run out of paper...it's trying to get your attention to insert more paper before it can continue. Check and see whether there are any print jobs that weren't able to conclude and delete them. Go to 1) Start, 2) Control Panel, 3) Printers and Other Hardware, 4) View Installed Printers, 5) Lexmark 2300 Series. When you double click on the Lexmark Printer Symbol, it will open up a smaller window which will show you whether there are any print jobs that are waiting to print. If there are any, delete them. Hopefully this will solve your problem.
