I have an LG isensor 13kg washing machine. When the water runs through from the tap into the washing maching, it drains the water immediately out again. I tried by choosing a program (wash, rinse and spin) and i tried to do it seperately as well. It counts down on the timer but never starts to wash the clothes. As the water flows in, it flows right out again.

- Hi,In my machine earlier water was filling up after 2-3 minutes but now water fills up only upto certain level (may be 6 inches) and then drains out automatically. I thought may be level problem so i removed it from its stand but still the same. We kept it under our cabinet and as it is top load we had to pull it out to use it. Has this pulling out and then pushing in has created any problem? Kindly advise some solution.

- I've LGEIL 6.5 kg washing machine, in which i 'm facing problem of water drained out as soon as i fill up water to washing machine. But water is draining slowly as compared to filling the water. I've tried my best to rectify the problem but not able to shootout the problem.Please suggest me solution for this problem as soon as possible.- Guest

Sounds like your stand-pipe has fell over,located behind machine that the drain hose goes into.This pipe must be vertical,and secure.The top of the washers drain hose loop that goes into the stand-pipe, should be as high as your soap dispenser.If this is not the problem then your water pump must be pumping the water out all the time.Can you hear the pump? If so, some faults can force the washing machine into a constant cycle of filling with cold water and pumping the water away if it thinks the washing machine is overheating (possible faulty thermistor).Hopefully its only your stand-pipe causing the loss of water.Lets know how you get on.Good luck.
