hey pep I had the same problem but I went into a asian store and the man there charge me $15.00 dollar and some how he was able to make it work.. Now :) I can send and receive pictures...I am soooo happy need help please feel free to e-mail me at MonikaMKaur@aol.com
It could be the connection to the charger or the charger itself or maybe the battery is cooked, goosed, knacked...
More likely to be the charger, try to borrow a charger known to work to test.
Move the wire on the charger while looking at the charge indicator to see if it's intermittent in charging.
