I want a touch screen mp3 player for a 12 yr old and do not want to spend more than $50.00.

Computer does not recognise device
When hooked up through USB port, windows does not recognise device. My system is running windows xp sp2, 512 ram. The unit works fine through my laptop running the same operating system and acts as a mass storage device. i can view and transfer files back and forth no problems.

Well i have the same problem my computer wont read the USB connection when i plug my MP3 player and its a windows XP. I tried many times but when i connect it, it says that " you are connecting a HIGH-Speed USB to a non- high speed USB connection". I try to go to add new hardware but it doesnt do anything.

my mp3 player is not workin properly .when i switch it on it shows "loading" and after that nothing .it is recognized by computer but is not shown as a disk drive so i can't do anything with it .Plz tell me the solution for that problem.i can't even scan my mp3 by antivirus bcz of this problem.
