call your service company (i.e. sprint tmobile, altell.) they can provide you with a code or they might be able to get you a whole new phone... tmobile has done both for me…. Please rate my solution I need feedback J thanks

sorry unlocking is not a free service to hvae it unlock you will have to take the phone to a mobile service center or try online.....unockitnow.com or mobile2mobile.net
i had the same problem. you have to contact the phone company that provided the phone. when i got my w490 it was tmobile so i had to contact them, they then emailed me the number.
Your code can be furnished to you by your service provider or try a cell phone dealer. If you are purchasing service then they won't charge you for the number. Hope this helps
