Convert each of them to an improper fraction. Then multiply the first (the numerator) by the reciprocal of the second.
With a calculator that has fraction capabilities just enter the first mixed number enclosed in parentheses then divide it by the second mixed number (enclosed in parentheses). Parentheses are used to make sure that the operations are carried out as intended.
Probably the simplest is to convert both numbers to improper fractions then divide.
Some calculators can work with fractions. With one of those, simply enter the first mixed number, then divide by the other.
