I have an i-pod mini with the Skylanders Lost Islands game. A few minutes ago, I paid $1.99 for 300 gems and 20 stones. It took my money, but I received nothing - no gems or stones. Please help! Dorothy

No because each Skylander has its own memory to save your data...also traps save there own info...so a new trap will be empty...sorry to say. But that's how they work
If you are getting an error stating A toy on the Portal of Power has a problem, follow these steps to reset your broken toy.
Skylanders SWAP Force
With the toy on the Portal, select Pause.
Select Skylander.
Select Manage.
Select Reset. If you are resetting a swappable toy, you must reset both the Top and the Bottom separately.
Skylanders Giants
Keep the broken Skylanders toy on the Portal of Power and open the Pause Menu.
Return to the Main Menu.
Open Settings.
Select General.
Select Reset Broken Toys.
Select Yes when you are asked to reset the Skylanders toy.
Repeat Steps 5 and 6.
Keep the reset Skylanders toy on the Portal of Power and start a game in Story Mode.
Your Skylanders toy will now work again.
If the screen turns black after returning to the game, try again starting with Step 1.
If the game won't load and you are only seeing an icon on the screen, remove the Skylanders toy from the Portal of Power, put it back on the portal, and try again starting with Step 1.
which 1 there's 2 1 @ the very end and 1 in the middle the middle i forgot but the 1 @ the end u just have 2 dive for treasure but watch out for sharks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
