Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
My razr was working just fine. Closed phone after a call. Upon opening phone a few minutes later, saw that screen was blank, or white. Phone still dials, can receive calls, etc. Left battery out for an hour and tried again. Same thing, white/blank screen. Any suggestions? Please?
Had the exact same problem... removed the battery and sim card, the put them back in. Problem fixed!

I had to use a Torx 5 screwdriver from my sprint phone but the solution worked. I was amazed. I am not very mechanical at all! Thanks!

There is something you can try. Using a Torx 6 driver, remove the two screws located beneath the battery. Gently pry the plastic cover loose. There will be a flex cable connecting it to the other portion of the phone. Gently disconnect it. Using 99.5% isopropyl alcohol and a soft bristled brush clean the connectors on both the cable and the circuit board. Reseat the connector and reassemble the phone. If this does not work the flex cable or LCD may need to be replaced.
