Question about Creative Labs ZEN V Plus MP3 Player
My Zen was working fine one day until it froze. It has been froze before and once that happened i reset it...i use a pin and press the tiny button to reset it..but when i did it this time..my player lossed alot of songs..and when i went to hook it up to my computer it charged it but the computer didnt show that it was plugged in..when i went to put new songs on it the Zen V Seris Media Explorer sayed... "your player is not connected.Please connected Zen Seris to your computer...and i havent been able to transfer songs since ? Help Nikki .
I have the same problem, please help

It happened to me too. Reinstall the software (Creative media explorer e.t.c.)
