My touch screen is messing up!

When I press the down key it pulls up my call log then calls them with out me touching it, or it will get stuck on constantly scrolling down or the clear button will not work. I will close my phone and it goes back to normal, but five minutes later it is doing the same thing.

How do you input numbers during a call, example you call and want to enter a 1 for customer service or and extension number. I entered the numbers but nothing happens.

these are your options: while on call, select the number you wish to call from your phonebook, touch the contact on the screen, then press send. To switch between calls, press send key (the picture of the phone), touch and select swap calls.
the second option is to make conference calls, the number of persons in the conference call is 5. But this is network dependent. (check with your provider if they support this service). You can do this, by entering the number you wish to call or from your phonebook. Then press the send key (logo of the phone down). When the second call is connected, the first call is automatically put on hold. You can swap between calls by pressing the send key. To join the calls, touch the notepad logo, then select join calls sub option from the conference call menu.

If i turn on my celphone the bootup shows only touch pro 2 then does not load

this is a quick fix but unfortunatlly all the info will be lost on the phone. its called a hard button reset this helps when its stuck on the main screen, bootscreen or in this case the touch pro 2 screen. i found this info at

: While the TP2 is turned off, press and hold down the Talk/Send key and the End key and press the Power/On key simultaneously. A screen that comes up has a warning, then tells you to press the Volume Up button to reset to factory fresh. Try it, if you haven't yet.

LG CU920 VU Touch Screen Not Responding

I had the same issue and was pissed, not to mention i didn't have a warranty and it was only a couple months old. I actually bought another phone and because I had nothing to lose, took my phone apart and replaced the touchscreen myself for about $30. If you have ever changed out a PC part, you could replace this screen. It's not really that difficult and there are guides out there. The screen itself is just a thin piece of plastic that lays over the lcd screen and is kinda "glued" into the frame of the phone. If you look at ur phone and follow the frame around, that's the piece ur replacing - but you have to disconnect all the wires from the inside. Now mines works like a charm -- and I'm stuck with two phones :~( PS: STOP USING THE STYLUS!
