Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3c Cellular Phone
This phone is only 4 months old, and entire keyboard seems to have gone "dead." Not in lock mode. Can answer phone via opening fliplid, but if phone is open cannot answer calls, cannot make calls, cannot execute via menu or any other keypad stroke operation. Since this was a replacement phone (for a superior one, of course) Verizon only warrants for 90 days, so they basically are trying to sell me a third phone in less than 2 years. Any help would be appreciated? Can keypad be replaced? Or is it likely connection between keypad and phone? Or? Thanks
Sure just search for Ebay for razr keypad - they sell for about $5, and its very easy to open a RAzr and replace it!
