Question about Toshiba DKT-2010 Corded Phone
We are reminded of callers being on hold by the phone ringing after about 2 minutes. I would like to cancel this or extend the time to 5 minutes. I'm told a technician has to come out at about $125.00 to do this, can't I do it?
Steve, Yes. The question is what is the model / revision level or type of Toshiba system? The Dkt-2010 works on a few and some use different "codes" or software when setting up a digital station port. I have around 30 Years Exp. on this stuff. and can still be challenged by some systems. I am assuming you are connected to a Statacom system but I would need a model nuber on the main cabinet to help. Oh, I my customer would pay $40.00 trip charge & $80.00 per hour, which I pro - rate @ 15 min. increments. Most others nail you for a (1) hour min. post a reply I will help. Bob
