I Dropped My Camera In The Water for a Few Seconds And I Tried To Turn it On And It Doesn't Work Its a Nixon Touch Camera

Hi, Sounds like you may have fried the camera by trying to turn it on, your best bet would be to put the camera in a bag of rice for a few days to see if that'll dry it out, if after that it won't work still the camera's unfortunately dead.

Things to check first for a camera that won't turn on are battery contact points, and micro switches that are located on the battery and memory card doors. Troubleshooting tips on other things that need to be checked may be seen here. These tips won't work for every case, but they're worth a try.

I have the same problem with my 3800. Turning into the sun will make it come on, put after you use it for a long time it will not come on at all until you let it set for awhile. This sounds like a design defect which Fuji should address!!!!
