I have just recently updated my white PSP to version 3.80. Ever since, it says that there is no game data saved and will not let me save a new file. In this new update, there was a new feature added called "Internet radio". To use this feature, you must download a Internet radio player to your memory stick. Every time I try to save it, I says "Save failed. (80010011)". Also, in the RSS Channel, it says that there are no Channels saved to the memory stick and will not let me save any more. My PSP has turned into nothing more than a 200 dollar music player that views videos and pictures... Help me!

Note: I have checked all my files on my computer and nothing had been deleted. My game files are still saved to the memory stick. As are my RSS Channels. Sorry this post was so long...

I just fixed mine, it works fine now. Steps:

1) copy all the data from the psp to the PC
2) reset the psp
3) format the memory stick
4) now copy the data in to the correct folders

Those are the exactly came steps that I did and mine works fine now.

If you are using the top red strip memory card as shown in image it is possible to get the error message. you can try the other one type which is shown below in the image. this will work fine.

I was adding a game in my psp version 6.60, but when i opened the games in memory stick, there was no game, just a message came "There is no games...". I failed to find its proper solution so please help...

I had this problem (same firmware), and this is what I did. It works a treat. You need to downgrade from OFW (Official Firmware) 6.60 to 6.20, and then install CFW (Custom Firmware) 6.20. This guide shows you how to downgrade and gives you the program to do it:

Here is the 6.20 official firmware:

When both of those have been downloaded, extract them to X:\PSP\GAME, where X is the drive your PSP is in.
Disconnect your PSP and turn it on. Then go to your memory under the Game section on the XMB. Run the downgrader (you need at least 75% battery, otherwise the program will kick you off). When the update's at about 85%-90% you may get an error, but don't worry about it. After it's installed, it should boot and show you a blue screen. Press circle. When you load up again, feel free to delete the update files from your memory stick. Then reconnect your PSP.
Now that you've downgraded to 6.20, you'll be able to permanently mod your PSP with custom firmware.
Download this and extract the folders to the root of your PSP (don't worry about overwriting; the folders merge):
Disconnect your PSP again and head to the memory stick section under Game in the XMB. Run the Pro Update program.
Your system should reboot.
Go back to Game > Memory Stick Utility, and then click on the permanent patch. It'll ask you if you want to install the patch. Press X.
It'll tell you that it's saved a file. Run it on the fake vshmain.prx. Connect your PSP to your computer and copy the file (vshorig.prx) to your desktop. If your PSP bricks (unlikely), putting that file back on should unbrick it.
After that, run the permanent patch again on your PSP but this time press circle to go past saving the file and install the custom firmware.
Now, if you're trying to put PSP ISO files on your console, you need to create a folder called "ISO" without quotation marks in the root of your PSP. When you download a PSP ISO, they go in this folder.
If you want to play PS1 games on your PSP, you'll need to create EBOOT files from the disc images you download. Just follow this tutorial and you should be fine.

You can download emulators and run those, too. Happy pirating! ^_^

How to download games on psp 3004

There are different kinds of games for the PSP. There are Flash games, ISO/CSO games, PBP Games, etc. Depending on your firmware type, (Custom or Official) there are special kinds you can play:

Flash games are small, quick games you can play on your PSP Browser. They don't require special firmware to run. However, the flash games tend to run slow because of the lack of memory. Download them to your PSP/COMMON Folder and type in the location of the content in the address bar.

Ex: file:/psp/common/name.swf

For PBP Games, you can download them from the PSN and save them to your PSP/GAME Folder. These games are mostly demos. The PBP Files should have its own folder under PSP/GAME. To play them, go to your game section of your XMB and if you did it correctly, the game should be there.

Now, for ISO/CSO files. These are Disc image files that can be played on your PSP. They're usually for backup purposes. You save them in your ISO Folder (You might have to make this folder). To play them, just play as you would with a PBP Game.

How to download psp games

Update your PSP to the latest version and sign up to the PlayStation Store (unless you already have a PSN ID). You can download full games, demos and themes (and other things) from the Store straight to your PSP. You will need a credit card or PlayStation Card to buy content.

Internet videos

I don't think you can directly play movies from your web browser. Maybe if you have the latest firmware it will work.( i think the latest is around 3.80) If you want to add movies from the internet and SAVE them onto your PSP, then follow these steps:
1. Download Firefox if you don't have it
2. Goto the page with the movie you want
3. Goto File in the top left corner
4. Select Save Page as
5. Save it anywhere you want
6. Connect your PSP to your USB, and enter USB mode with it
7. Read the following/download the converter
For flash/java games, read the following:
