My friends husband set up her instep safari single jogging stroller but somewhere along the line either he did not connect the spring (or the spring came undone) to the left side of the stroller where your suppose to close it. Any how, now they are unable to close it.. the main part where you push the button (on the right side) works perfectly but on the other side the red lever just giggles which is not suppose too.. how can they fix it?

Instep does have replacement parts for some of their strollers. For $25 I was able to purchase a new seating pad.

I have the same problem!! I bought my stroller used from a friend and I noticed all of this black powder on my baby, come to find out the harness straps are shredding. I have put a question into the instep website but haven't heard back yet. I will let you know if I find anything out.
