Hello, When I dial a fax number (there are two different fax numbers) but at the same business I get a dial tone then a voice that says mailbox #27 then it hangs up on both numbers. I have talked to this busines (actually Hydro company) and they don't have any problems at their end with anyone. I don't know if I did something to this number when I dialed it in the past? I know at one time I was able to use these fax numbers! Hope you can help! Thanks, Janice

This mailbox feature on the otherend doesn't make any sense. try dialing the fax number again and this time press the PAUSE button after the fax number and see. There is not enough info on your problem
