This was working perfectly until it was lent to a neighbour!! The motor is running forward and reverse but is not taking paper in.

oil the cutters, make sure shreddar is mounted properly on the bin, reset the shreddar unplugging it and then plugging it back in, make sure the bin isn't full, if so then empty it.
