Dropped on the floor, right button does not work unless I press really hard. Same happened to the last one. Really don't want a different mouse...
Try picking up on the button and taping the mouse with a screwdriver handle, this might realign the switch, or take the mouse apart, you might have broke something that could be glued back in-place with epoxy or super glue .. should be a easy fix. good luck and vote if'n I was of help.. jay the pool pump motor repair guy longwood florida

Hi
If you take the batteries out there is a screw in there. unscrew and open (not easy) with flat knife in the edges wiggling.
attach and touch all the inside wires. I have had the same problem and it is an internal connector problem. Opening and closing aint easy and will take a little patience but it will work.
Good luck

Okay, a coworker had this problem and it was a fairly easy fix, first, plug the USB reciever into a direct USB port, then pess the connect button on the underside of the mouse, when the red light starts blinking let go and then press it and hold, and at the SAME TIME press and hold the connect button on the receiver until both the receiver light and the mouse light turn on steadily, and voila!

If you still have the cd install disk that came with the combo, then it has the instructions on it.

Hi,
Try to check whether the switch in the battery compartment is switch to 2.4 or Bluetooth? If it is switch to Bluetooth try to switch to 2.4 and remember to switch on the power of the mouse.
Hopes this works for you.
