Question about Motorola Mobility MOTOKRZR K1 Cellular Phone

1 Answer

I can hear the person I'm calling, but they can't hear me.

I actually have 2 problems. The first one is that when I call someone, I can hear them but they can't hear me. I've checked to see if I'm "muted" and I'm not. I'm not sure what else could be the problem. The other problem I have is trying to access the internet through this phone. With all my other phones I've been able to do so easily. With this phone I keep getting the "Connection unsuccessful" sign. Thanks.

Re: I can hear the person I'm calling, but they can't...

For both of your problems, it sounds like a network error. You may not be getting a good enough DIGITAL signal. The new Motorola phones work only on the digital network where as before your phone may have been using the analog network. Check with your service provider.

I cannot hear anything on MY end when I make a call or receive a call and the volume is completely up. It is not on mute and the person on the other end of the call can hear

The problem with your phone is that the earpiece of your phone is faulty that is why you cannot hear anything when someone calls you or when you call someone.

All you need to do is to change the earpiece of your phone in other for people to hear you when you make calls or when you receive calls.

The earpiece of your phone is bad that is why you cannot hear anything when you make calls, change the earpiece of your phone as advice and you will see that you will hear when people call you.

Take care.

I can't call with my lg prada

The speaker and the hearing peice are two different things.

1. if any water got on the upper speaker - than your hearing speaker is broke

2. if the speaker just stopped working and your phone is under a year - than your phone qualify as a manufatcurer defect

3. Try a bluetooth - You will be able to hear people and they can hear you - however if they still can not hear you - than you have a bigger problem

4. if the problem is still there - take your phone to your carrier store and see if they have someone that can replace it for you

hope this helps

When calling someone cannot hear anything!

As Swimducky has suggested earlier, what you need to do is to 'delete all' in your previously called numbers, then it dials out just fine. lame, but it works. :D

Audio problem. When I make/receive calls, other person cannot hear my voice.

This problem I've had myself But it will only solve the problem if your cell uses a sim card. When the sim cards go bad thats whats happens your hear them but they can't hear you or vice-versa.

Samsung T629 I can't hear the person on the other end of call

The problem could be due to some contact error in the headphone jack of ur phone. Please re insert the headphone and remove it. Now try making a call with the speaker volume put to maximum. Dont forget to rate the solution. Thank You..

Can't hear callers, but they can hear me

The problem might be the hearing volume. As far as I know, the only way to change it is in the middle of a call.

Here's what you should try...

1) Call someone.
2) Using the silver button on the left side of the phone, press the up arrow key a few times until the volume is all the way up. It will say "Hearing Volume".

Hopefully that will solve the problem and your phone will be working fine.
