YOu need to open the casing and then remove the memory ...want to see memory just search in google..
after removing u can bring the memory to the vendor to have same spec or read the information about your computer ..see..your manual.

I was not able to find specific information for that computer but replacing memory on any desktop computer is usually pretty straight forward. You would unplug from power, remove the screws for the cover, and locate the slots that hold the memory chips and add the memory. It might be a case that all of your memory slots are full and you'll need to remove some of the memory first. You could replace them with larger capacity chips.
