Re: canon dc20

Disc that came with camera - still works ? if not ( no disc works , now ) put the camera to your ear , before closing door : if there is no noise after door closes , the switch on the door may be out of alignment - but if there are whirring sounds , your lens may be dirty ( cleaning with q tip and windex risks voiding your warranty ) or your discs may be scratched - the index is near the center hole of the disc , and must be clear of smudges etc .

Video Recording in Canon DC20

U can use Nero, where you create your own dvd, click on import disc. There will be a item, select it and click import disc. The file will be stored at the default nero folder witch usualy is under "My Document's" an then under "Nero" then "Imported" then a folder wih the date of import will provide you with the videos. This is how i did it until it started to eritate me, because your dvd should not be scrached in any way, the program will terminate if it cant import that piece of video.
I hope this could help you...

Canon DC20

This happens alot at work its either the charging part is broke or its the mainboard inspect the port for damage if its ok then inspect the ac adapter for damage as well, if you have time you could go to best buy and ask to use a charger from a floor model if it doesnt work then it needs to go in for repair sorry.

Mini DVD will not eject

yes - your warranty will be voided and cost of parts can be unreasonably high , but if your ' do not shake ' display came on repeatedly ? the door switch may have gone out of alignment during a fall : the canon service manual is available only to authorized servicers so a set of quality jeweler ' s screwdrivers would be needed to . . . void the warranty some more but let you open the cabinets to get at the release mechanism ;
