LED turns on, but power light doesnt and there is...

My amp worked fine for a while, then just stopped working. I looked inside and there doesnt seem to be anuthing wrong with the board. The LED behind the Jensen logo will turn on, but the power light wont.Also there isnt any sound coming from it. What is the problem, and how do I fix it?

Masterit sounds to me like you have a bad ground or a short in the ground wire. try checking the ground cable as well as theremote wire (blue), and make sure the ground is connected to an unpainted,clean surface such as the frame of your car.

again, NOT A SOLUTION< but Everywhere i go and ask, i am told to take it to a place that specializes in stereo equipment. but if i knew what needed to be fixed in the board, i could fix it myself, WISH I KNEW WHAT HAD TO BE DONE!!!!!!!!! I guess i will just keep trying

Not that this is a solution but i too am having the same exact problem and the ground and remote wires are properly connected...my ground is good and no shorts but still no full power to the amp....i do hope there is a higher more relevant solution to this issue because im suffering from the same problem :-(
