It didn't come with an edelbrock so any diagram will be incorrect. I've done thousands of carbs and I can't figure out why someone would remove the Rochester carb that was built Specifically for this engine and replace it with a generic big name carb. GM spent millions designing this carb don't throw it away. Just sayin. I hope this helps. Take care.
Hi Connie and Chris.
I don't have a diagram handy, but the flow sequence usually is
Tank to
Carb to
Primer to
tank return
The idea is that the primer sucks fuel through the carb.
Hope this helps.
I'm not able to post a diagram, but I can give you some info-you'll need to-replace the rubber diaphram/gasket if it hasn't been replaced in the last 2 years remove the hi &lo speed needles, give it a cleaning with spray carb cleaner, put it back together, start with needles 1& 1/4to 1 1/2 turns out.it's a basic, simply designed carb.Ah for the good old days!Find a chiltons small engine repair manual for a diagram .[hint] start w/a full tank
If you go to durantcycle.com and then online parts fiche then motorcycles then honda and the year and model then find the carbs there is a good diagram for the carb there from honda.
