when streaming, a file that is too big will automatically reload youtube to access a clean cache. meaning it will erase internal ram memory to allow space for new memory. u may be able to raise the memory to allow more which would decrease the times it reloads
When you say live streams, as in video I assume, so I would guess your internet connection is live and working. You may have to reload your program being used to stream, need more information.
