Question about GE EasyCam Plus Webcam
Hi, I just bought a new easycam but I think I may have plugged it in too soon, and now it won't work. I've tried everything and nothing is working! Please tell me what I need to do :[
With your webcam plugged in get to the Device Manager. Make sure your View is set to ?Devices by type? this may vary according to your operating system. Locate any device with a YELLOW exclamation point or question mark next to it. Right click and choose Update Driver. At the next prompt click "No, not this time". At the next prompt click on "Install from a list or specific location". Finally with your installation CD in the CD ROM drive at the next prompt click on "Search removable media" and click Next. Once the driver is installed you can try to use the webcam again. Good luck!
