Cannot pick up a fax
Problem for HP OfficeJet 4315V All-in-One Printer
I need help to use my scanner with my windows vista pc
my pc has windows vista and when I try to install the windows cd for my HP Officejet 4315v all-in-one printer/fax/scanner/copier it stops during the download and says I can't finish. I am not sure my vista will be compatible, Can you give me a solution on how I can get a cd that will work with my scanner and pc please?

Is the CD for Vista? Check on the help section for the HP 4315 to see if the recommend using the CD for Vista or downloading the software.
