Problem for Bosch Classixx WFO 2466 Front Load Washer

There is a strong electrical burning smell

Some of the windings of the motor are black. It looks as though the motor is about to set on fire. The machine is only 3 years old.
What is the cheapest and quickist way to get it fixed?
We bought the machine in France and now live here.

Burning smell was actually coming from the main incoming power supply to the house, not the washing machine. Problem solved.
