Your unit is toast! sorry time to get a new one! repair parts will cost more than a new machine.

Emjoi light caress epilator jammed

The major reason that epilator shavers stop working is because of hair that is caught inside the machine. If you have taken the top off and cleaned it out thoroughly using the brush, then this likely isn't the cause.
Is it still under warranty? if so, i suggest that you contact the manufacturer and ask where you can send it for fixing. if your warranty has run out, you can still ask the manufacturer for a list of approved repair shops.

Stopped working battery change didnt help

Is your epilady still under warranty? If so, it's probably best to get the manufacturer to fix it. but even if it's not, you can still contact the manufacturer and ask them to recommend someone reliable in your area to take a look at it.

How does electrolysis actually remove hair? I just dont see how it works.

You plug electrolysis machines into the electricity, and then volts of electricity are channeled through the tweezers , which zaps the hair follicle. Usually that follicle is then destroyed and the hair doesn't regrow.

You have to be really careful to follow the instructions carefully in order to avoid skin burn and other injuries.

How do you use depilatory creams to remove hair? I bought a tube but am not confident to use it.

First of all you should read the instructions and make sure that the one you bought is suitable for your skin type and the area that you want to remove from ie some creams are not suitable for bikini areas.

Now spread the gel or cream onto your skin and leave it on for the amount of time suggested in the instructions. Don't leave it on for longer or you will damage your skin.

Now rinse the area properly with warm water and apply an aloe vera based cream to sooth it.
