The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Wifi internet connected, internet explorer will not load web page

Get a new internet browser, download Firefox from here:

Then make sure your computer time clock is correct, you can adjust the time and date by right clicking on the clock and then read the rest.

If that doesn't work you need to check your wifi router, you might need to unplug it for 1 minute then plug it back in.

If that doesn't work you need to check your Proxy settings in Internet Explorer. Do this by opening IE, then go to Tools > Internet Options > Connections > LAN Settings > Uncheck all boxes then click Apply/Ok and exit IE and try again.

Just use Firefox, it is much better than IE, for many reasons.

Keep getting connecting tab

Open your Internet Option in the control panel and go to the advanced tab and click the RESET tab to reset internet explorer to it's default settings.

If that don't solve the problem try a better browser. Internet Explorer is the worst browser there is.

Try downloading Mozilla Firefox, Opera and Google Chrome.Unlike Internet Explorer they install in less than 5 minutes and they arefaster and safer than Internet Explorer.

Go to and in the search box type: "Download MozillaFirefox" (without the quotes). Download and Install Mozilla Firefoxfrom Mozilla's website. Do the same thing for Opera and Google Chrome.

I've put the links of each one below so if you like you can just click on themto go to their site to do the download and install.

I can't connect to yahoo

The problem is possibly caused by your Internet browser and not with your yahoo account. You need to clear the cookies and internet files to resolve the problem. Here's how:

Clear Cookies and Internet Files

* For Internet Explorer version 6
1. Open IE6 > Tools > Internet Options.
2. Click the Delete Cookies button and Delete History.
3. Click on OK > Close and re-open your IE6.
4. Try accessing your e-mail account.

* For Internet Explorer version 7
1. Open IE7 > Tools > Internet Options.
2. Click the "Delete" button under the Browsing History option.
3. Delete the Cookies, Internet Files
4. Click on OK > Close and re-open IE7
5. Try accessing your e-mail account.

* For Mozilla FireFox
1. Open Firefox > Tools
2. Select "Clear Recent History"
3. Select Cookies, Cache, Browsing and Download History.
4. Close and re-open Firefox
5. Access your e-mail

Good luck!

Internet explorer 8 stop responding and error has to close

here is my advice : Just go to and download internet explorer again and install it , then reboot your system . I'm sure that this will solve the problem . any way , why don't you try other internet communication softwares like ( firefox or google chrome) those both are great also . I advice you to have more than one internet communication software . I already have three just in case if one of them is corrupted . I have ( Internet explorer and firefox and google chrome ) . just try the idea and you'll be satisfied with the result .

If that didn't help then try to check system for errors . such as registry errors .
good luck .

rate if useful please !

Internet explorer is not responding on my laptop it goes for about 5 minutes and then says internet explorer not responding so I cant get on the internet it was fine this morning

If you are using IE 6 this is a common problem with HP, try getting a copy of Firefox 3 and then go to and download a copy of IE7.
You may prefer to use Firefox instead as your main browser.

Every time I try to access internet explorer, it closes.

Stop using Internet Explorer. It is not a safe or reliable browser to begin with. See this article.

Here are the steps:
  1. 1. Download and install Firefox. It is an amazing browser and is surprisingly light weight and safe. Download here.
  2. When Firefox asks you if you want it to be your default browser select "YES".
  3. Delete the shortcuts on your desktop to Internet Explorer and start using FireFox!
You are done!

I use the internet but it will not not let me load any of emails or use banking websites, or really just will not download any websites

Your question or issue was specified very unclear. However you could try installing "firefox" if you use Internet Explorer. Firefox uses different security permissions for email, websites or downloads.

For your downloads you could install FreeDownload manager.

Please specify what type of connection you are having:
Iexample: ADSL, or 56Kbps Modem, or Internet over LAN, or ISDN. Also please specify your Operating System and the Browser you are using for the internet.
