Hi There,
If you are using Internet Explorer try going to:
Tools -> Internet Options -> go to the Advanced tab and click Reset
Click OK when done, If it tells you to restart Internet Explorer close it and open it again
If that doesn't work:
Try using a different browser. try downloading Mozilla firefox from
Once downloaded opem Firefox and go to
click the download now button
instal flashplayer once the download finishes and check if it will still give you the error.
Hope this helps!

Download the Internet Explorer version 9 if your is below the version. Download it from below link

If you have the same version then lets reset the browser and check

To reset do the following

1: Close Internet explorer
2: Click start > Control panel > Internet Options (classic view ) > Advanced > click on Advanced Restore settings > click on reset button > click Ok then Apply

This will reset the browser

Now check if it works or not

IE8 will usually crash when using Yahoo and sometimes when just browsing. The only solution is to restart the computer, it seems. I'm wondering if I just need to use a different browser.

It's probably an addon in IE thats causing it to crash. Here is how to disable them:

Here's How:
  1. From the Internet Explorer menu, click Tools ' Internet Options.
  2. Click the Programs tab.
  3. Click Manage add-ons.
  4. Click the Add-on you wish to disable, then click the Disable radio button. Note that this option will only be available when an Add-on is selected.
  5. IE7 users also have the ability to detele the ActiveX control. Follow the steps outlined above to select the ActiveX control, then click the Delete button found under Delete ActiveX. Note that this option will only be available when an ActiveX control is selected.
  6. Not all Add-ons in the list are active. To see which Add-ons are actively loaded with Internet Explorer, toggle the Show dropdown to view Add-ons currently loaded in Internet Explorer.
  7. Click OK to exit the Manage Add-ons menu
  8. Click OK to exit the Internet Options menu
  9. If a necessary add-on has been mistakenly disabled, repeat steps 1-3 above, highlight the disabled add-on, then click the Enable radio button.
  10. Close Internet Explorer and restart it for changes to take effect

I would personally use Firefox or Chrome instead though...

Neither Internet Explorer or Firefox will connect to internet. Firefox say it cant connect to proxy server. How do I check proxy settings?

Open your Internet Explorer,
Go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections "Tab" -> LAN Settings -> Proxy server, uncheck the box -> OK

Restart your Browsers ie IE or Firefox, you don't need the proxy server if your are a home users.

Hope it helps.

On facebook games ,i used to play any game i wanted but now only certain games load ,how do i fix this problem with such as farmville, ponzi inc

First, try to access your account in a different internet browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Opera) or different computer, if you can access the other games, then the problem could be the internet browser that you are using.

You need to try optimizing your internet browser. Here's how:

* For Internet Explorer version 6
1. Open IE6 > Tools > Internet Options.
2. Click the Delete Cookies button and Delete History.
3. Click on OK > Close and re-open your IE6.
4. Try accessing your e-mail account.

* For Internet Explorer version 7
1. Open IE7 > Tools > Internet Options.
2. Click the "Delete" button under the Browsing History option.
3. Delete the Cookies, Internet Files
4. Click on OK > Close and re-open IE7
5. Try accessing your e-mail account.

* For Mozilla FireFox
1. Open Firefox > Tools
2. Select "Clear Recent History"
3. Select Cookies, Cache, Browsing and Download History.
4. Close and re-open Firefox
5. Access your e-mail

Good luck!

Done a fresh install of windows, but i keep getting internet explorer or fire fox not responding, its so annoying please can anyone help

first verify if you have an internet connection by trying to log in another program like skype or yahoo messenger ..cause if it is a fresh install I am guessing that you didnt get the right driver for the Lan connection (by the way specify what kinda connection you use..cable ...modem..)
lan connection means the network card ..if you are not familiar with the language ...
if you are sure that you have internet connection ..and I mean if you can connect with success with a program like msn yahoo or skype ..and actual comunicate ...let me know ...if you can not ...insert motherboard drivers cd ...go to the device manager by right click on the my computer icon../properties/hardware //and device manager ...if any of the devices appear to be on yellow this means that you have missing drivers...just update them by right click and update driver ...
Also let me know in details what exactly did you done ..and if you installed the drivers...what connection you use to the internet ..and how you have done it ...and if you done this before...

When I try to open internet explorer an error box pops up saying There is a problem with internet explorer and this has to close.

Internet Explorer would sometimes act like this when you have multiple toolbars or addons installed. Try this:

- Go to the control panel
- Go to internet options
- Go to the programs tab and click on manage addons
- Disable all unnecessary addons

This must work
