My unit heats up, has plenty of water, but will not spray, pressure is at 4

Sounds like a blocked nozzle. I would soak it in line Away or used a safety pin to clear it

Low power from steam mop

Try to be a little more vague! Model? Age of steamer? Rate of use?...Try a couple of drops of vinegar in with the water you use to fill your steam mop. The heating element that heats the water is probably oxidized, especially if you use tap water to fill it. You should only use distilled water in these mops. Some lower end steam mops have a handle that compresses, as you push the mop forward, which essentially makes the mop steam more, the more you "pump" the handle. Hope this helps!

My compact steamer does not let the steam out when I press the black release button help?

I examined mine. There is literally NO hole in the steam wand for the steam to exit. It's a wonder the thing didn't blow up. Take it back and be glad you still have your face.

Bissell power steamer turbo

Mine does that, too. Pushing down and wiggling the tank usually gets it going. Also, it doesn't seem to work when the soap bottle is low, even when the soap is turned off. I fill the bottle with water. It is easy to take the top off. Mine has just 6 screws. Then you can see all the tubing and parts. For example, you can unclip the nozzles and see if water flows. Try blowing through the nozzle to see if it is plugged. Some people say the heating unit in the handle plugs up, particularly if you put soap in the water tank. I haven't dealt with this, but it should be easy to open the handle and bypass the heating unit.
