You have to connect the light to a 12 volt source. DO NOT CONNECT IT TO THE SPEAKER WIRES!!!!! You can use the GROUND and REMOTE terminals on the amp and it will turn on and off with the amp. Also, make sure the little toggle switch next to the light screws is ON.

Your amp may bet set to "HPF" which is a high pass filter. It needs to be set to LPF

The left speaker is not working.

disconnect then unscrew the back panel and check the leads going into the speaker tabs...if they look like its a good connection get 2 peices of speaker wire put them in the spk holes "red and black" put a 9v batt to it....if the spk that didnt work dosent move its blown

My dual subs wont light up and my ndual tweeters wont either

check the wire connection with the lights then bulbs okay then look on the inside of the box for an extra wire for power for the lights if that dosent work

My subs heve stoped morking and i dont know why!

try check that you have connected the positive to the positive from sub 2 amp.if that dosent work try gt new rca leads

I have replaced a cdr500 in my corsa with a jvc unit but the unit stays on when key removed any ideas

the yellow wire needs constant 12v and the red needs 12v when the key is on. maybe you connected them backwards. try putting the wire thats on the red 2 the yellow and the wire from the yellow 2 the red. send me a message if it dosent work as i have a few more ideas.

I have 1 sony xplod 12" 1300wat sub and a 1200w sony amp... how do i set the amp so that the bass hits but dosent distort

look for the potenciometer input for the sub woofer(gain) and turn to left,when the distors stop that is the point of work subwoofer

No sound comming from car speakers

What kind of car? What kind of system? More details will help me assist you better. If it is an aftermarket in-dash stereo, it sounds like the blue/white wire is not hooked up correctly. This powers up the car's amplifier and lets the sound through.
