Maybe its not the bios page

when i turn my computer on it goes to a page that says the copyright and the specs of computer at the bottom it says 30:setup power managment it stays on that screen

Few possibilities is that the bios is attempting to detect devices such as hard disk/cd rom through IDE or SATA. make sure all cables are connected properly and try again. It may also help to unplug both ends of the IDE/SATA disks/cd and use an air compressor or compressed air to blow out any dust and reconnect the cables.
