Targus PAUM31 cant find driver - Computers & Internet

if the driver will support the device try going to the control panel in the start menu and select add/remove programs. if you dont see it in the add/remove programs then your driver may need to be updated you can do this from the company of the computers website. just look for downloads and support.

Before connecting the camera you need to download and install camera software. Go to the manufacturer website and download camera software. Keep camera disconnected untill asked by driver setup program.

I had a diffrent problem and it required me to download the drivers I finally located them at the Targus website. I uninstalled my old drivers and this one is like the newest driver. so it will work. Good luck

Try uninstalling the hardware AND software complete. Then reinstall said hardware and software.

I must ask though, why on earth are you still on Windows98? I think it's time for an upgrade.

The issue could be due to the corrupted drivers or with the hardware.
I recommend you to reinstall the mouse drivers from the below link:

Select your targus mouse model from Mice and Pointers option and reinstall the drivers of it.
