Problem for Compaq Presario PC Notebook

Cant get pass this

ATAPI CD-ROM: CD-ROM CDR_u112
ERROR
0210: stuck key 3D
when it tills me to boot i do and i get this
DISK I/O error replace the disk and then press any key

I bought this at a yard sell and it came with no manule or any disk please help me
