Question about iLO (2 GB) MP3 Player

I need help

I just got a brand new ilo mp3 player and it wont' download. i used the disk but it says that i need an updated version of "easy start" and that i need to "look on the internet". but when i click the link provided it brings me to a place to download new media player which i have already i think ( i have a new vista) i also tried to do it manually but that doesn't work nether can you figure this one out?

How to download songs to the MP3 player


Sorry, iTunes only works with iPods. You will have to manually move music by copying files over to your mp3 player, or find another service that will do that for you. But iTunes isn't going to work for you.

Try downloading the free version of real player and use this to sync your music files. It helped me. Take care.

Can't put music on the player


you dont have to use the cd if it says you need an updated version, just plug it in and go to the c: drive and it should show up as a removable disk

Just plug it in, and let Windows XP load the drivers. You don't need the CD.

Ilo mp3 driver










I have windows vista...when I try to download the cd in order to use my mp3 player. It says to download a newer version of start up cd.....however the site it takes me to says my version on my windows vista is 'newer' than the download and I cannot find the 'newest version'

you need to call siren tech support and have them send you the driver for it because a lot of times it wont download from playsforsure
