I have solved the flooding problem . unfortanetly you must remove the carb to fix it. once you remove the carb you need to remove the fuel bowl. In the bottem of the fuel bowl there is a electronic seloniod that controols the amount of fule going to combustion. this aria had varnish and gunk built up around the plunger of the selonoid, long story short clean this out with carb and chook cleaner and put it back together. start her up and she will run like a champ.

If you have fuel to the plugs, have you checked to see if you have good spark? I normally use a vice grip and clamp a new plug to the engine (with the ignition wire attatched to it) somewhere to ground it and crank the engine to see if I have ignition. Helps to have 02 people - one to watch the plug, one to crank engine...Also, if you have an old plug and flooded it, it probably wont start anyway.
