I don't know how to reprogram my handheld lcd. It has a blank scrren with no sound

WizIt sounds like you need to reset this device to original specs. This can be done by leaving it unplugger for 4 - 5 hours.
Then is this does not work you will have to contact the company and get aa schematic. At that point we can begin troubleshooting.
