SOURCE: GE Profile jvm1090ww 01 SN ZR958136 s Convection

The convection heater is control according to the temperature of the part n 3014 Thermister
Part Number: AP2025611 made by GE

So this is acting like a temperature sensor and it seem that is giving wrong indication to the control panel and switch off the heater at wrong temperature.

So you should replace the thermister.

You can find this and all a other parts of your oven in this link.

Hello, Jacque -

GE provides a website which offers owner's manuals. This is the link: https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/literature.htm . You will need to enter the model number for your microwave/convection oven to find, save, and print the manual.

Can't remove Microwave -- GE profile jvm1090

One of two things has happened here. Either some sticky substance has your microwave stuck to the counter. If that is the case just find a long object which will slide part way under it and pry it loose.

OR, the cabinet above has settled and is resting on the top of the microwave. If that is the case, empty out that cabinet and the microwave may slide out.

if the problem is something else, get back and tell me more.
