I was wondering if anyone know where I can get a replacement crock. My broke a year or so ago and I havent'g been able to find one.

MY CROCKPOT INSERT BROKE THE FIRST TIME I TURNED IT ON. I HEARD CRACKLING AND BEFORE I COULD SHUT IT OFF, THERE WERE HAIRLINE CRACKS RUNNING HORIZONALLY THRU OUT THE CROCKPOT. PLEASE HELP? I CALLED HSN WHERE I PURCHASED IT AND WAS TOLD THAT ULTREX IS NOW OUT OF BUSINESS AND THEY COULDN'T HELP. I HAVE TRIED TO CALL THE 800 # ON THE MANUEL BUT AGAIN TOLD WERE OUT OF BUSINESS....ANY HELP FOR ME?
