Need driver for Memorex NDC6005-SB Digital Camera

I bought this camera for my son, and it did not come with any installations. The memorex support site will not come up for Nick, Jr. products. Where can I find the driver to install so that we can use the camera?

SOURCE: I have a Memorex U48

get the winXP driver MEMu1.50 (still available), there are no Vista drivers. Run the installation using WinXP emulation in Vista. You must run the installation as if you are in XP, not necessary when using the scanner subsequently. Now the Memorex 48u works on a Dell Dimension, running Windows Vista Home Premium. Hope this helps. I got the scannner for $14 after rebates at Staples years ago, it won't die.

How can I download the pictures from the camera to my computer? I plug it in and my computer doesn't even see its there.

If the computer doesn't recognize your camera, probably its driver problem. Have you installed camera software driver into your PC ? (the driver CD usually given bundled with the camera)
If the installing success, your computer should recognize your camera.

Go to Memorex website, go to either the download or support tab.
Find the drivers for your camera, download the file, then doubl-click the file once downloaded. It will then install itself onto your pc. Finally restart your pc and then your camcorder should connect.

My windows vista computer isn't recognizing the NDC6005-SB 'spongebob' camera when it's plugged into a usb port.

Here's how I fixed the problem -- I threw out the camera I purchased from you. Complete loss. This is the same camera that, right out of the box, wasn't recognized by Windows Vista. I got it for my daughter for Christmas so she could take pictures and we could print them. Being that it's completely new, I figured I could request some help. Your response was 'we'd love to help, just pay us even more money to fix the problem that we created.' Nice.

No free support for something right out of the box? Merry !@#$$#% Christmas. Yet another scam.

Thanks for nothing. I'm assuming if I request my money back, I'll get an offer for an extended service contract that costs twice was the camera costs, or 10 percent off my next purchase to replace this brand new camera that doesn't work.

Mini DVD Camcorder Problem

You will never be able to recover the information. Sony's system really will have problems with third party brands; there is particular engineering that makes this so. In my shop (Sony authorized), I have seen this problem many times. If you insist on using other brands, get used to problems. As your laser assembly wears it will become more problematic.
