Re: lost driver disc

Try looking up the name of the driver on the internet, and you might be able to download it.

I reformated my pc and when it was done i downloaded the usual applicatons i was going to watch a movie which i watched before and i couldn't hear a sound what do i do.............?,,,,,,,where can i...

Do you know what type of your motherboard..if you know, then you can googling(google) your driver..if you dont know, then you can try update using device manager.

I'm very sure when you view device manager, your adapater will have problem with driver..

Picture show device manager that have problem
(actually, i think your device manager also like this)
You see question mark icon (?) here with yellow?

that mean driver wasn't compatible with that device or it still don't have driver for that.

Right click at that icon, properties
then,window will pop up
find driver tab
and update..
it will need more time and internet connection

2nd solution:
you see the name for your device right?
write their name and number full/complete..
and google .find driver..

Hi, iwant download sound driver on my computer but i do not have the driver

Please be informed that any Driver software depends upon the PC make, Motherboard type and Operating System. You need to know all the three information's to do get going.

Please find the Driver software's of your Audio and video inside the installation disk provided with the PC at the time of purchase. As you have not mentioned your PC make I am unable to give you the direct download link. However you can download the same by visiting the website of the company that manufactured the PC.

Even here you need to be careful to download the correct software for your PC. You need to be exact with the PC make and Model number and the OS that you are using.

To install just Double clock on the driver setup.exe file and go on clicking 'Next' until you get the 'Finish' option and restart the PC.

If you feel that my answers has helped you in any way then please give a vote.

Unable to find sound driver

Hey there, the first thing you need to do is go to the windows update sie and make sure you have all the sound drivers, sounds like you may be missing one. Second, if you have a factory pc like a HP or Dell, you can go to their site, enter your product number and download all the drivers you need. If you have a custom build, go to the following site and install and run Belarc advisor. When its done, it will bring up a page telling you everything you need to know about your PC including motherboard manufacturer and model number, PC product number and serial number if you need it for DELL or HP or whoever made it. Let me know how you make out.

I dont have the driver of sound

We need to know what model.

You should try using the Windows Update function first though, make sure you use the "custom" not the express. If Windows is able to detect the driver then it will show up under the hardware category. If not just make sure you post your exact ibm model and we'll find it.

If you have any more questions feel free to ask and please don't forget to rate my solution.

Sound card model

The easiest way is to open the case and find the sound card, there should be a sticker on it telling you what type of card it is. Sound cards do not usually get plug and play detected.
