Question about GE WSM2420T Top Load Stacked Washer / Dryer
I need to replace or adjust a spring. it seems to be out of balance with no clothes in it. is there a way to solve the problem without buying new parts.
Open the service panel and look for a loose spring or a malfunction shock absorber.Replace the deffective one or return it to place. Regarding the heating element- check with a multi-meter for 115/220V on its tags. In case you can read 115/220V you should replce it. If you can't read it,your problem is not the heating element. Let me know if you need for further assistance. Good luck!
