Unplug and replace.
Pumps get old and slow, and when they slow up they get hot, which damages pump more, so they get hotter until they stop working.
Copy following link for tips to make next pump last longer such as air valve, periodic cleaning with white vinegar.

Clock on T1905 timer switch has quit working. Fixable, or need a replacement?

120Volt T1905 Intermatic timer uses WG730 clock motor and 156T1950A tripper.
Timer will last many year by replacing parts, and keeping lubricated with touch of white grease, and not over-amping the 20 amp contacts

http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-T1906-Intermatic-timer.html
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-replace-Intermatic-clock-motor.html

This timer can be converted into 208-277Volt timer by installing WG733 clock motor instead of 120Volt WG730.

Ti04 clock rotates and new trippers but doesn't turn on

You probably have T104 timer.
Clock rotates so power to timer motor is good. This means 240Volt breaker is good.
Use override lever and see if Load (light, fan, motor) turns on and off. If override does not turn Load on-off, then bypass timer and see if load works. Move wires from terminal 2 to terminal 1, and terminals 4 to terminal 3.
Did you order correct trippers?

I just recharged my 2003 Ford explorer a/c with a can of arctic freeze 134a+ with leak sealer, moisture & acid eliminator. The side dash trim has been removed on both sides. My recirculate door does...

If you charged the unit correctly without gauges, after a few minutes of operation in warm environment your suction line should be cold to the touch and sweating.
