Toshiba m35x-s163 will not boot

My daughter turned the laptop on and off real quick three times. Now when I turn the laptop on it will not boot and I get a PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable
PXE-M0F: Exiting PXE ROM

this just runs on the screen over and over.

Hi there, you will need to go into the BIOS page (usually the Del key or an Function (F) key at the Toshiba logo). You will need to change the boot order from network/lan to the Hard Drive. Its pretty straight forward mate.
