Craftman kohler 25 twin while mowing the engine doing great then it loses power for a few minutes then kicks back in a few seconds and in a a minute it will do it again.

Probably in the fuel system; get all gas out of the tank, stuff clean white cloth (big one) into tank to sop up any dirt and leftover gas, take the bowl off and blow air backwards toward the tank. Clean/maybe replace the filter/bowl and put some StaBil into a refill of clean new gas.

Ignore the lights. Wash the outer foam filter every two months. As long as air is going through the inner filter does not need to be changed. Blow the inner filter out FROM THE INSIDE with your vacuum cleaner. (blow air the opposite direction of air flow to get the nasty stuff off.)

Blows out black spongy looking stuff from inside. I clean the filter weekly.

filter is degrading and is coming out from inside the unit , replace filter with new one

Filter in getting clogged with black stuff every 2 months what is wrong?

The filters need to be cleaned my unit tells me to clean the filters about every month and if I dont the unit shuts off to protect it the black stuff is mold which would mean the humidty is to high

Clean the vent all the way to the outside.
The dryer will take 4-5 loads to reset the filter sensor.

Mahe sure the vent is not smashed behind the dryer.

Maytag M3X05F2AK air Conditioner -BLACK CHUNKS FLYING OUT

remove front cover and clean the coils off with a nylon brush. make sure filter is clean. with front cover off take it outside hook it to an extension cord and set it on the floor. then let it run till the stuff stops coming out. if you want to open the whole thing up you could clean it out even more example being the inside fan area behind the coils, but the first option should work.

No air pressure to **** up dirt

First test suction on unit without the hose, is there suction? If yes, attach hose and test. If no go to the door to outside, attach hose to the top of unit where it blows (under handle on top), put hose out door and turn on. The stuff clogging the hose should blow out the end.

If it wasn't the hose check the wand, and then the power nozzle and using the above to clear obstruction.

Take out the filter and pour water on the oposite side that is the dirt,if the water is not enough use degreaser and also clean thefront cover where the filter goes.

Make sure you reset the unit after you clean the filter. These air conditioners are notorious for not turning off the "check filter" light. You should already be unplugging the machine to clean it, so it's not really an extra step. Also, the filter needs to be placed just right to reset the sensors.
